Regions and geography
Select a service tier independently from the location of its data.
Two independent choices

economy is displayed as Low-price in the console. Region tiers do not imply a specific supplier or a fixed continent. You do not provide a supplier API key to deploy an Oiy service.
Automatic placement selects eligible, priced capacity in the supported geographies. The resulting service records its resolved geography. Read the catalog before submitting a configuration.
Storage has affinity
An existing volume stays in its original Oiy placement. Reusing a volume constrains compute to that placement, even if another placement has a lower price. Automatic selection does not migrate data.
When placement fails
Check the chosen tier and geography, GPU model and memory, configured pricing, available capacity, account balance, and whether the runtime is connected. If your volume pins an unavailable placement, selecting another geography will not move it.
